Vehicle Hire Supervisor

£10 per hour - Leeds

GOAT Roadtrip are looking for an operations supervisor to run the day-to-day operations of a recreational vehicle rental company in Leeds. This will involve managing up to two members of staff to facilitate the pick-up and drop-off of vehicles (campervans and motorhomes), greeting customers, demonstrating how to use the vehicle, basic vehicle maintenance, daily vehicle cleaning, sales and bookings administration. The role is very hands-on involving working outside in the depot, in all weathers, but also includes administrative tasks from the office. The successful candidate must be confident and possess excellent communication skills, including managing complaints, talking on the phone and writing emails with good spelling and grammar.

The job is between 3 to 5 days a week (Thursday to Monday) with variable hours between 0900 and 1800. The job is for between 25-40 hour per week dependent on your preference and for an initial 6 month contract with the possibility to become a permanent contract.

Requirements: Driving License held for at least 2 years with no more than 3 points and no driving convictions, experience leading a team and experience in a customer facing role.

This job can be applied through the Kickstart Scheme by speaking to your job coach at the Job Centre or by emailing your CV and covering letter to kevin@goatroadtrip.com. Applications close 8 April for a 12 April start.
